I, on behalf of the people of Birtara village, beg to inform you that the main road of this village has been badly damaged by rainwater and vehicles. As a result, water clogs many places, and it is very difficult for us to use the road. The students of our area suffer the most. People often fall and get drenched.
So, I request you to take immediate steps to repair the road and oblige us thereby.

We, the villagers of Bagan, beg to state that a road runs through our village. It is the main road and many people, including students, use it every day. Recently, the road has been badly damaged by a serious flood. As a result, accidents often take place, and now we are suffering a lot.
We, therefore, request you to take the necessary steps to repair the road as soon as possible and relieve us from our sufferings.
