The Headmaster,
Nurpur High School, Chattogram.
Subject: Prayer for a seat in the school hostel.
Sir,
With great respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class X of your school. My father is a teacher in the government. High School. Recently, he has been transferred from here to Feni. Our family is also going to be shifted there soon. Besides, I have no relatives here to stay with. But I want to continue my studies in your school. So I need a seat/accommodation in the school hostel.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider my case and allot a seat/accommodation for me in the hostel and oblige thereby.
Yours obediently,
Habiba Sultana

Subject: Prayer for a seat in the college hostel.
Sir,
I beg to state that my brother-in-law, with whom I have been staying here in Dhaka, has been transferred to Chattogram. He is moving to Chattogram with his family this month. It has caused me a serious accommodation problem. I have no other relative here with whom I can stay. I have no other alternative.
May I, therefore, hope and pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary measures towards allotment of a seat in the college hostel in my favour immediately and oblige.
I remain,
Sir,
