Thank you for your letter. Today I am writing about the annual prize-giving ceremony of our school.
Last week, the prize-giving ceremony of our school was held on our school campus. The school was nicely decorated. The function began at 10 a.m. The UNO was in the chair. The Headmaster read out the annual report of the school. The prizes were given for the examination results, indoor games, cultural activities, attendance in school, etc. At the end of the function, a drama was staged. The president delivered a fine speech. Our Headmaster thanked all. Then the function came to an end.

I received your letter yesterday. You wanted to know about the prize-giving ceremony of our school. Here it is.
The prize-giving ceremony was held on the 21st instant. The function started at 10 a.m. with the recitation from the holy Quran. The UNO was the chief guest. Our Headmaster presided over the function. There were many kinds of events at our school function. I got two prizes.

Letter Prize Giving Ceremony for SSC

Dear Saadi,
Take my love and affection. Hope you are well by the grace of the Almighty Lord. I am also fine by His mercy. However, from your last letter, I have learnt that you are eager to know about the annual sports day of our school. Well, our school campus was colourfully decorated. Just at 10.00 am, the sports programme commenced. I took part in the long jump, cock fight, throwing discus, and hadudu. I came first in cock fighting and second in throwing the discus.
Just at 6.00 pm, the prize-giving ceremony commenced. The Headmaster read out a brief report of the school’s achievements and contributions. Then he distributed prizes among the winners. I got two prizes, one for cock fight and another for throwing the discus. After the prizes had been distributed among the winners, the annual sports day of our school ended.
