A dialogue between you and a Bank Manager on opening a savings account.
Myself : May I come in, Sir?
Manager : Yes, come in. Please have a seat.
Myself : Thank you, Sir.
Manager : How can I help you?
Myself : I want to open a bank account.
Manager : What type of account do you want—Savings or Current?
Myself : I want a Savings Account.
Manager : What do you do?
Myself : I’m a student. I study in class ten.
Manager : Okay. Take this application form. You have to fill it up and bring a person who already has an account in our bank. He will sign the form and write his address and account number.
Myself : Is there anything else?
Manager : Yes. Here is a signature card. You have to give your signature on it and attach two passport-size photos. Your introducer must sign the photos too. You also need to deposit at least one thousand taka. After completing everything, your account will be opened. You also need a nominee photo.
Myself : Alright. I’ll come again after arranging everything. Thank you for your help.
Manager : You’re welcome.
